The Privacy Policy
The privacy policy regarding personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") applies to all personal and other data that LLC "Natura Tourism" (hereinafter - "Natura Tourism") - the owner of the website located at www.natura-tourism.com (hereinafter referred to as the "site"), may obtain from users during their visit to the site.
The purpose of this Policy is to ensure proper protection of information about users, including their personal data, from unauthorized access and disclosure. Relationships related to the collection, storage, distribution, and protection of information provided by the user are governed by this Policy, as well as the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
By using the site and the services available when using the site, the user expresses their full agreement with the terms of this Policy. In case the user disagrees with the terms of this Policy, the use of the site and/or any services available when using the site should be immediately terminated.
1. Collection and processing of personal data
"Natura Tourism" collects and processes only the personal data that is necessary to interact with the user of the site and provide him with services.
The personal data collected by Natura Tourism is stored and processed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
“Natura Tourism” may use the user's personal data for the following purposes:

4. User subscription for newsletter.
5. Sending news and updates to the user.
The user is prohibited from mentioning personal data of third parties on the site.
2. Procedure for processing personal and other data
“Natura Tourism” undertakes to use personal data in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
Confidentiality is maintained with respect to personal data and other data of the user, except in cases where the specified data is publicly available.
“Natura Tourism” has the right to retain an archived copy of personal data.
“Natura Tourism” has the right to transfer the user’s personal data without the user’s consent:
1. to the State bodies, including bodies of inquiry and investigation, upon their reasoned request.
2. In other cases directly provided for by the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
“Natura Tourism” has the right to transfer personal data to third parties not specified in paragraph 1 of section 2 of this Policy in the following cases:
• The user has expressed his consent to such actions.
• The transfer is necessary as part of the user's use of the site or the provision of services to the user.
Based on conducted agreement, "Natura Tourism" entrusts the processing of personal data of "Natura Tourism" Customers who purchased services on the website www.natura-tourism.com to the following authorized persons (hereinafer referred to as AP):

3. Protection of personal data
“Natura Tourism” provides adequate protection of personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus and takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect personal data.
The protection measures applied must also protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions by third parties.
4. Other provisions
This Policy and the relationship between the user and “Natura Tourism” arising in connection with the application of this Policy are subject to the law of the Republic of Belarus.
All possible disputes arising from the relationship between the user and Natura Tourism are subject to resolution in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
Before going to court, the user must comply with the mandatory pre-trial procedure and send “Natura Tourism” the corresponding claim in writing. The period for responding to a claim is 30 (thirty) working days.
In case due to any reason one or more provisions of this Policy are found to be invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of the Policy.
“Natura Tourism” has the right to change the Privacy Policy (in whole or in part) unilaterally at any time without prior agreement with the user. All changes come into force on the day they are posted on the website.
The version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted.
The User undertakes to independently monitor changes to this Policy by familiarizing himself with the current version of the Policy.
This Policy applies only to users of the site. “Natura Tourism” does not control and is not responsible for the processing of information by third party sites, which the user can access through links available on the site.
5. Feedback. Questions and suggestions
All questions or suggestions regarding this Policy should be reported via email using the feedback form on the website.
By transmitting personal and other data through the site, the user confirms his consent to the use of this data under the conditions set out in this Privacy Policy.
